Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. During peak periods or carrier disruptions, processing may take slightly longer, and we will communicate meaningful delays when possible.

Estimated delivery time is 7-12 business days after dispatch. Orders may be fulfilled from our own or partner facilities depending on inventory availability and the delivery destination.

Free standard shipping is available on orders over $45. For orders below the free shipping threshold, available shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24-72 hours to appear after the carrier receives the shipment.

If tracking has not updated for an extended period or your package appears delayed or lost, contact service@meraviona.com with your order number so our support team can review the shipment.
