Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact service@meraviona.com as soon as possible with your order number.

We can usually review change or cancellation requests before an order has entered fulfillment. Once an order has been packed, shipped, or handed to a fulfillment partner, changes may no longer be possible.

If an order cannot be canceled, you may still request a return after delivery if the item qualifies under our Return and Refund Policy.
