Return and Refund Policy

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging when reasonably possible.

To request a return, contact service@meraviona.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, the reason for the request, and photos or videos where relevant. Our support team will confirm whether the item is eligible before you ship it back.

Please include your order number inside the return package or in the return label notes when possible. Returns sent without order information may take longer to identify and process.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for preference-based returns. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the product description, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or return solution at no additional cost to the customer.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
